March is National Nutrition Month. Our friend, Brittany, from Responsive Nutrition LLC gave us resources and tips to share.

This year’s theme for National Nutrition Month® is to "Personalize Your Plate". While it’s important to include a variety of foods from all the major food groups: fruit, vegetable, whole grains, protein and dairy/dairy alternatives; it’s also important to know that it is ok to
put our own personal spin on things using your own cultural & family traditions as well as cooking & taste preferences. MyPlate should really be YOUR Plate!
